In order to comply with the group exemption requirements under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for tax exemption purposes, we hereby attest to the following:
Maintenance of affiliation requires yealy completion of all budget and information forms as required by law to maintain nonprofit status. The Chapter group year as of 2003 is from July 1 to June 30 of each year for tax reporting purposes. This is to coincide with the calendar year of MAGC. This form must be submitted yearly by June 30 of the year.
